These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sanalock application and related services ("Service") operated by Alfi Digital SRL ("Company", "we", "us"), a company registered in Romania (CUI: 52377381, Reg: J2025063433002), with its registered office at Str. Nicolae Tonitza 97, Et. 2, Ap. 8, Sat Scorteni, Bacau 607550, Romania.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
Sanalock is a zero-knowledge encrypted health data tracking application. Your data is encrypted in your browser before being transmitted to our servers. We cannot access, read, or decrypt your health data. The Service includes biomarker tracking, trend visualization, data import/export, and encrypted cloud storage.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Your password is used to derive encryption keys — if you lose your password, your encrypted data cannot be recovered. You may request a password reset via email, but this will permanently delete all your encrypted data and start your account fresh.
The Service offers a free tier and a paid Premium subscription. Premium is available at €5/month or €49.99/year (plus applicable tax). You may cancel at any time. Upon expiration, your account reverts to the free tier: your default vault remains accessible, additional vaults become read-only with export available, and AI features are disabled.
The Service, including its code, design, and documentation, is the property of Alfi Digital SRL. Your encrypted data remains your property at all times. We claim no ownership over any data you upload to the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Sanalock is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from forgotten passwords, as our zero-knowledge architecture means we cannot recover encrypted data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alfi Digital SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your encrypted data will be deleted from our servers within 30 days. You may export your data before deleting your account.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bacau, Romania.
